The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Accessory Junkie’s use of personal information that you may submit to Accessory Junkie through this Web site is governed by the Accessory Junkie Privacy Policy.  Accessory Junkie will not sell, share or distribute your personal information with anyone.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

At this time, Accessory Junkie ships merchandise to locations within the United States.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier which is USPS.  We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped.  In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims.  You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing.  No refund will be issued.  Please note in comment section if you choose to waive signature confirmation.

 

SALES TAX

 

Accessory Junkie charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. 

 

The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Accessory Junkie reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item.  If this happens, we will notify you via email.

 

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange or return policy.  We do not make exceptions to this policy.

If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.  Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.  All orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.

 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
